BLOG 6: Post Graduate Studies

 Hello everyone!

Today´s post I´m going to talk about my possible outcomes for my post graduate studies. As you know, I´m studying Architechture, but I´m still not sure what studies to pursue once my degree is over. Nevertheless I´m between two options: Urbanism or Territory, space and society.

I think it is very important to reconsider the way we are desinging the city, because everyday the population is getting bigger and the resources are drecreasing. So, in my opinion, a good way to, maybe not change in a radical form, but improving our quality of life and to get a better experience of living in the city, is knowing more about the human behavior, the social and cultural aspects, and the influence that the space has in the process.

I would like to investigate about Rehabilitation Gardens or Therapeutic Gardens, that is a kind of therapies based on nature. So both, physical and neurologicla rahabilitation, are  benefite by this type of gardens, improving and changing the patien´s relationship with his enviroment.

Also I would like to learn german and french, because I think they can help me study abroad. In fact when I was 15, I started to study german, but I moved to Coquimbo and I couldn´t continue with it. I still have hope that soon I´ll take up it again.!

  2. I think it is very important and interesting that there are architects who are aware of the space we live in and even more so of how the city influences the way we live.
