BLOG 5: My future Job

 Hi everyone! On today´s Blog I´m going to talk about my future job.

Architecture is a career with diverse occupations, things like design buildings, work at a real state agency, interior design, restorer and also as a independent contractor. So as you guess, I´m studying architecture and I haven´t decided yet which would be my future job, maybe because of the many posibilities to work as an architect.


 At least for now I am between two options: Urban planning and Landscape planning. I think both have a big potential because of its impact in the creation and planning of the cities. The cities, the place where we live in, are suffering the consequences of the overuse of the natural resurces, the global warming and the increase of the human population, so is in this point where the urbanism planning and the landscape comes into play. When integral architecture, consider the place wich it will be raise up a building, it means the enviroment, the real impact of the project on the comunity and space, the carbon footprint, it could be called a "friendly building". 

The way we think the city and parks, the vegetation and places for recreation, now by the pandemic, are more necessary and essentials, so my two options are just as important for me right now.

I think that it doesn´t matter the scale of the project, the thing that is really important is that the project must be a benefit to the place wich is located, and contribute to the sorrounding community. The future for the architecture is make as little impact as possible and left the best benefit to the enviroment.

    I think that make a building more sustainable it's a difficult challenge but too many necessary and every time more because the buidings not decrease, increase every time more and more!

  Hello everyone! Today´s post I´m going to talk about my possible outcomes for my post graduate studies. As you know, I´m studying Architechture, but I´m still not sure what studies to pursue once my degree is over. Nevertheless I´m between two options: Urbanism or Territory, space and society.  I think it is very important to reconsider the way we are desinging the city, because everyday the population is getting bigger and the resources are drecreasing. So, in my opinion, a good way to, maybe not change in a radical form, but improving our quality of life and to get a better experience of living in the city, is knowing more about the human behavior, the social and cultural aspects, and the influence that the space has in the process.  I would like to investigate about Rehabilitation Gardens or Therapeutic Gardens, that is a kind of therapies based on nature. BLOG 8: Personal Opinions

 Hello and welcome to my last post! Today I´m going to talk about social media, technology and how these topics affect our human relationships. I think the comunication through social networks it is not always completely clear and precise, I mean that, If you send a message, by texting it, you can´t put your facial expressions on the text. If you are angry or totally excited, maybe you could add some exclamation marks, but you can´t add voice intentionality, perhaps If you complement it with a video or an audio recording the information will be a little more complete, but I think that despite that, nothing can replace the face to face dialogue.  So, how this technological "advances" affect our human relationships. Well the first thing that I feel that technology affect is the capacity of having face to face spontaneous relationships. BLOG 4: Favorite kind of music

Hello everyone! Today´s Blog, I´m going to talk about my favorite kind of music, well, I´ll try, because I don´t have one in particular, in fact, I love music in its most varied expression. When I said that I love music, it means that I like to listen almost everything that makes a sound. It is like, sometimes I propose myself "to findout" a "new" artist, genre or band, to listen to. About  three weeks ago, I started to listen to AURORA Aksnes, a 25 yaers old, Pop-Folk-Indie Singer from Norway. Even I know her by some songs, I really never dedicated myself to listen to her music, but I did it, and I feel like I discoverd a very beatiful musical treasure. That is an example of how I weekly, and sometimes daily I "find" new music. I usualy do my daily activities while listening to music. I feel that music makes my day more complete, colorful and funny.
